What AI may do
- Explain public website signals, DBM offers, and common workflow options.
- Draft replies, checklists, sales language, summaries, and implementation plans.
- Ask qualification questions and recommend a free tool, product, subscription, build, or install.
- Use approved public website content or customer-provided context to make a response more useful.
What AI does not do by default
- It does not claim to be Jamie or a human representative.
- It does not guarantee rankings, revenue, platform approval, security, or business results.
- It does not send a paid message, book a customer, post a review, change a customer record, publish, or spend money without the required provider configuration and owner approval.
- It should not receive passwords, API keys, payment-card numbers, or highly sensitive records through ordinary chat or forms.
Human review and handoff
Requests that involve money, billing, legal or compliance questions, a technical decision, an upset customer, a ready-to-buy visitor, or an external system change are routed toward Jamie or an owner-approved handoff. Customers can ask for a human at any time.
AI-assisted pricing
Every DBM tier may use AI-assisted explanation, drafting, or routing, but the paid value is the tool, build, configuration, documentation, hosting, or human service described on the menu. AI assistance does not remove the customer’s right to understand the scope, price, provider, renewal, refund, or data path before purchase.
