TRUST // AUTOMATION BOUNDARIES

Automation should make the work clearer—not make promises for us.

DBM may use automation to inspect, organize, draft, summarize, and route work. The customer-facing path remains human, scoped, and approval-first.

ASSIST

What automation may do

It may organize public signals, draft checklists, summarize supplied material, classify a request, and suggest a practical next step.

BOUNDARY

What it does not do by default

It does not send messages, book customers, publish, post reviews, change records, spend money, or make sensitive claims without approved configuration and human authorization.

HANDOFF

When a human takes over

Money, legal or compliance questions, technical access, unhappy customers, ready-to-buy requests, and external system changes move to Jamie or an owner-approved handoff.

Do not send passwords, API keys, payment-card numbers, or sensitive records through ordinary forms or chat.

Need an answer you can trust?

Use the Request Desk and ask for human review. If an automated draft looks wrong or too confident, stop and verify it.
